Beyond The Scale is a 3-month online program for women who need to un-diet their midlife. Designed for women who are in perimenopause and menopause, it will help you understand the hormone changes that are happening and redefine your relationship with food so you can thrive in midlife.

This program will teach you to make peace with food, find food freedom and rock midlife with body confidence.
