Hey there! I’m Jenn, a Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor! I love helping women manage menopause without diets and food rules. I provide health and hormone education without a side of diet culture

And as a fellow midlifer who is now in postmenopause, I know exactly what you’re going through. I want to help you make peace with food, your 40s, and your hot flashes so you can find the confidence you deserve in midlife.
