Chia Seed Pudding - Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Delicious!
If you haven't tried this yummy little "treat", you have no idea what you're missing! It's quick, easy and healthy. It's great for those following almost any dietary restriction as well!Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds (Costco and the Bulk Barn are great places to find these)
- 1/2 cup of any milk (we like a blend of almond, hazelnut and cashew)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder (optional)
- Berries of your choice!
Mix all ingredients and let sit for at least 30 mins. We often make this up before bed and have it for breakfast. Yum!
